Throughout the year, we will all meet to hear about the bargaining status, meet with UPI leadership, and build community among our members, and make important decisions about how our union’s activities and approaches. Not only are these meetings critical for staying up-to-date, but they are also essential for the functioning of our union and the success of our negotiations. We must consistently remind our administration that we care and, perhaps more importantly, that we care together and are a united front. That means we must occupy physical space, which means numbers and engagement.

Look for emails about the next meeting, and make sure to grab a colleague and bring them!
