Seeing new faces sends a message that our members are broadly engaged in process no matter how technical and boring. And that we will do what it takes to the contract that we deserve.

Members who attend bargaining also participate in critical discussion responding to proposals and counter proposals. These are time-sensitive. We can only get input at the time when you the room. Yoiur presence actively shapes the contract.

We don’t always know what comes up. We need to respond quickly to keep up pressure.
